On April 29, the ambassador of Argentina, Wenceslao Bunge, was honored by the Fundación Carlos III, in recognition of his contribution to strengthening institutional, cultural, and economic relations between Argentina, Spain, and the international community.

The distinction was presented by Carlos Escudero de Burón, president of the Fundación Carlos III, a Spanish non-profit institution dedicated to promoting cultural, social, and historical values and their international projection.

Upon receiving the distinction, the ambassador emphasized the importance of dialogue as a key tool in the current context, and particularly valued the deep historical and human ties between Argentina and Spain, brother countries.

He also reaffirmed his commitment to continue working to deepen and strengthen the bilateral ties between both nations.
