On May 25, the one that is now known as the African Union was born, the only association to which the 55 States of the continent belong. That is why May 25 is considered Africa Day and is celebrated all over the world.
Around this day, Casa África has organized a good number of activities (exhibitions, workshops, gastronomy, fashion, music, sports, conferences, etc.) since its inception, always in collaboration with the Federation of African Associations in the Canary Islands (FAAC), the Elder Museum of Science and Technology, the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), the African Film Festival of Tarifa/Tangier (FCAT) and with the support of Binter.
Once again, and with the same spirit of knowing and sharing, Casa África presents the activities that make up the 2026 program of Africa Vive, with exhibitions, fashion, music, football, gastronomy, cinema… consult the complete program of activities at this link.
