Until next Sunday, July 19, the Paseo de Alfonso X El Sabio in Murcia will be the venue for the outdoor photographic exhibition Ukraine, a treasure at war, which invites you to discover the cultural and landscape richness of Ukraine, while reflecting the devastating impact of the Russian aggression war on its population and heritage.
Driven by the City Council of Murcia and the Ukrainian Association of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Embassy of Ukraine, the exhibition brings together 21 photographs that allow you to discover the richness of Ukraine and, at the same time, reflect on the consequences of the Russian aggression war.
The exhibition route is structured in two spaces. The first presents a selection of images by journalist and photojournalist María Senovilla, taken during her coverage of the war of Russia against Ukraine, documenting the human consequences and the devastation caused by the Russian invasion. The second gathers photographs provided by the State Agency for the Development of Tourism in Ukraine, showcasing the extraordinary landscape, historical, artistic, and cultural richness of the Ukrainian country, highlighting a heritage that is now threatened by Russian aggression.
