The agreement between both entities allows entrepreneurs to receive training on TikTok Shop to enhance their digital skills

TikTok will integrate entrepreneurs from the Impulsa Startup Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain into its training program SOAR (Support Our Artisans and Retailers, in English), an initiative that offers comprehensive and personalized training in digital skills, social marketing, and e-commerce.

The objective of the agreement is to help those who start a business to get started in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, the e-commerce solution driven by discovery integrated within the platform. TikTok will guarantee at least five spots for startups in the program, expandable based on demand.

The selected startups will receive intensive training in TikTok Shop provided through ISDI’s Impact for Accelerator business school. The training will primarily be conducted online and will consist of a total of 35.5 hours of intensive and practical learning that combines theory, application, and personalized mentoring with e-commerce specialists. This personalized approach ensures that each participant finishes with a clear and actionable plan to achieve success in TikTok Shop.

Ana Abade, senior manager of institutional relations at TikTok, comments: “Our commitment is to provide Spanish entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in the digital economy. With this training program, we not only seek to generate opportunities for entrepreneurs but also boost local growth and positively impact the Spanish economy“.

For María Tosca, director of Employment, Training, and Entrepreneurship at the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, “Impulsa Startup offers entrepreneurs a complete support itinerary, from defining the idea to accelerating the project. The incorporation of TikTok’s SOAR program enriches this value proposition with advanced training in digital skills and e-commerce, key areas for successfully scaling in the current market”.

The initiative seeks to address critical gaps in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering accessible and high-quality training in key areas of the digital economy. The SOAR program is designed for entrepreneurs to immediately apply the knowledge acquired, turning it into real capabilities to grow their businesses.

Joint strategy for the entrepreneurs of Impulsa Startup

The Impulsa Startup Program, launched by the Chamber of Spain in 2024 and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, offers a complete itinerary for the creation and acceleration of emerging companies with a technological base, developing in two phases:

Phase 1 — Create and Grow: for entrepreneurs with a scalable business idea who need support to turn it into a solid project.

Phase 2 — Take Off: aimed at startups that already have a minimum viable product (MVP) or prototype and seek to accelerate their growth.

Through the network of Chambers of Commerce, participants receive training, specialized advice, personalized support, and assistance at all stages of establishment, development, and expansion, until they present their project to potential investors. In 2026, there will be 38 Chambers of Commerce offering this program.

The collaboration with TikTok will allow the incorporation of an additional line of advanced training in digital skills, expanding the growth and expansion opportunities that TikTok Shop offers to the entrepreneurs of the program.
