Last Thursday, June 4, Casa Árabe received the Nebrija Mention from the Department of International Relations of Nebrija University, during the graduation ceremony for the class of 2026.

The diploma is a recognition of Casa Árabe for being a cultural and diplomatic bridge between Spain and the Arab and Islamic world. At the same time, it values the institution’s contribution to improving understanding in Euro-Arab relations, as well as its work in favor of regional stability.

The mention also highlights Casa Árabe’s collaboration with academic institutions to generate rigorous knowledge in the training of professionals in the sector.

Nebrija University has its origins in the Antonio de Nebrija Center for Hispanic Studies, created on July 31, 1985, whose first objective was the teaching of the Spanish language and culture to foreign students. In 1989 it was officially recognized as a higher education institution and, in 1995, Antonio de Nebrija University would be officially recognized as a private university.

Its educational model, innovative and demanding in nature, combines a solid humanistic foundation – inspired by the tradition of Antonio de Nebrija – with a practical and international approach. The teaching is oriented towards solving real professional challenges, in an environment that promotes high performance and collaboration.

As an institution, the University prioritizes the comprehensive development of the student, facilitating their connection with leading companies and institutions, with the aim of fostering both their personal growth and professional projection.
