In the first seven months of 2026, Spain received 67 million international passengers, a growth of 5.2% compared to the same period in 2025

In July 2026, Spain received 12.4 million international air passengers, representing an increase of 5.8% compared to the same month of the previous year, according to data published by Turespaña.

Of this total, 87.4% came from Europe, with an increase of 6.1% compared to July 2025, while passengers arriving from America and Asia also showed growth of 3.1% and 4.1%, respectively.

In the cumulative total for the first seven months of 2026, Spain has received 67 million international passengers, which represents a growth of 5.2% compared to the same period of the previous year, equivalent to approximately 3.3 million additional arrivals. The data reflects a notable increase in arrivals from key source markets, especially Poland and Belgium. However, the flow from the United States has shown a slowdown.

Among the main source markets, the United Kingdom led arrivals with nearly 2.9 million passengers, representing 23.3% of the total, followed by Germany with 1.6 million and Italy with 1.2 million. In terms of autonomous communities, the Valencian Community stood out with a growth of 12.8% in arrivals, and Valencia airport was the one that grew the most year-on-year, with an increase of 15.3%.
