El lago de los cisnes

From June 30 to August 2, another summer arrives in Madrid El lago de los cisnes (The Swan Lake), by P. Tchaikovsky. And this time it is at the Teatro Gran Vía (Gran Vía, 66) with the International Classical Ballet.

With an impressive set design by Evgeny Gurenko and world-renowned dancers, the International Classical Ballet offers the most emblematic ballet of this wonderful music by the Russian composer.

The dancers have impeccable artistic careers recognized worldwide. They have managed to move audiences from all continents, from China to the United States, passing through Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus, France, Spain…

The International Classical Ballet, directed by Andrey Sharaev and in collaboration with the European Classical Ballet, is a new production by Tatiana Solovieva Producciones, a company that has been sharing the best shows with Spain for 35 years, respecting and honoring the beautiful tradition of classical ballet. Its productions have been widely recognized for their quality, with four awards for Best Dance Show from the Teatro de Rojas in Toledo (2013, 2015, 2018, and 2025) and the Award for Best Dance Show in Vigo in 2008, both chosen by popular vote.

This unforgettable work tells how on his birthday, Prince Siegfried receives the news that at the next ball he must choose a wife. By the shores of a mysterious lake, he meets the beautiful princess Odette, enchanted by the evil Rothbart. He invites her to the next palace ball, where by mistake he swears his love to Odile, Rothbart’s daughter. Aware of the deception, he fights a battle in honor of his love. Tickets can be purchased at this link.
