With the support of the Embassy of Ecuador, on August 8th, the National Holidays of the South American country will be celebrated at the La Elipa Fairgrounds, Madrid, starting at 4:30 PM, in a free event.
An afternoon to reconnect, celebrate Ecuadorian roots, and enjoy the music, culture, and joy that unite the diaspora of the South American country in Spain.
A parade will take place at the start time with more than 2,000 dancers, beginning at the Municipal Board of Ciudad Lineal and traveling along Avenida Hermanos García Noblejas, Calle Asaco, and Calle Francisco Villaespesa, ending at the La Elipa Fairgrounds. At 7 PM, the National Anthem of Ecuador will be heard, performed by the orchestra and artists.
Additionally, next Saturday, August 1st, there will also be a celebration starting at 1 PM at the Finca Taurina Los Praillos (Palomeque) -via A42 to Toledo (Exit 38) or via CM41 (Exit 16)- for these National Holidays in a 100% family-friendly event, full of music, nostalgia, and lots of flavor.
The festival will feature performances by Héctor Jaramillo, the “Lord of Pasillo; Hipatia Balseca, the queen of cumbia with all her energy; Don Medardo and his Players, the golden orchestra to dance from start to finish, and the spectacular presentation of Lorena Tonato.
From Peru, the guest will be the maestro William Luna, with his greatest hits, and from Mexico, all the rhythm and flavor of Sonido Mazter.
Furthermore, attendees will be able to enjoy the best Latin cuisine (to feel at home!), as well as live deejays with the best mixes and as a finale, a Grand Capea and a unique family atmosphere.
